SonarHQ gives you the power to create inviting surveys and produce elegant
reports time and time again.
The admin button is only viewable by administrators.
An attractive example of the most recent report and poll is always prominant on the home page.
Users can adjust the size of text for easier viewing.
On the administrators’ side there is a helpful guide that can be closed forever when you have finished reading it.
The settings page allows you to change the colour of your user side, the site name, import your company logo, and adjust google analytics and security to suit your needs.

Tabs up the top allow you to see where you are in the site.
The overview page has links to all the other pages on it so navigation is simple.
Account (billing/upgrade) lets you check on and top-up your email credits, and change plan instantly.
Administrators can be added, removed and edited from the administrator section.
From the content page, you can choose exactly what is written on each page of the user side of your site.
Once you select the page you want to edit, there are helpful sections for headings, body text and a help bar that is displayed on the right side of the page. You can even create and answer your own FAQs.
Before you sign up new users, make sure you gain all the demographic information that you will need for your surveys. You can choose as many or as few questions as you want.
Filling out the demographic information will be compulsory for all users, they will only have to complete it once and it will be present in all exported surveys.
You can create new users by entering individual’s data.
You can view your users at any point.
Import or export user lists as CSV documents.
To keep your surveys clean and relevant you can choose to be alerted to any restricted words.
Type in the words you would like to be aware of within incoming survey data.
If any of your restricted words are used, the alert tab will immediately become highlighted in purple. You can isolate the poll and choose to edit the content from there.
Click on the Polls tab to have an instant view of all polls and their status.
You can work on a poll for as long as you like before you choose to publish it.
You can see how many users have filled out an open poll at anytime.
You can decide to close a poll at any time. After it is closed, you can export the data as a CVS file and import that data into programs like Excel.
Create your own polls, customise your questions to gain the data you require.
Label and introduce your poll.
Choose if you would like to publish your poll immediately (you can publish at anytime).
The drop down menu allows you to choose different styles of questions. You can have a variety of styles within one poll.
Create new notifications at the click of a button, you can choose which polls and reports you want to tell your users about.
One credit per email, and one cent per credit gives you the freedom to top up and send out at anytime.
Check on all past notifications.
Once your poll is complete you might like to create a report from the data. When published, these reports will displayed on the user side of your site, this encourages your users to come back and participate more as they get to see the results.
Reports can remain unpublished or be published when it suits you.
You can edit, preview and take your reports off your user site.
Give all of your graphs a title and introduction that will be displayed on the user side.
First choose the question you would like to graph, the the style of graph you prefer. Multi-choice questions can be graphed as bar or pie charts. Likert question series can be graphed in a radar (spider) graph. Freeform questions can not be graphed, so they do not show up in the option list.
This bar graph is just a preview, when this report is published the graphs will have a colour code key and labels.
When a user comes to the site the first thing they will see will be your most recent poll or report.
The title, body text and help section are customised by you in your content page.
You create your own terms and conditions, and the ‘contact us’ creates an email to the address of your choosing.
You have extensive control making this your own personalised site with your choice of custom domain name.
In the ‘mysay’ section, users can see which polls they have yet to answer.
Users can return to past polls to view the total results (published by you) and compare their own individual choices.
You choose to have a help section. you can write any information you think might be relevant to your users.
All previous polls are laid out in a clear and simple way so that users and other viewers can locate the results they are interested in.
The introduction to each graph is clearly labelled with your own title.
All graphs are labelled with the exact amount of people who chose that option. the colour coding means data is clear and easily understood.
The key underneath the graph uses both colours and numbers to indicate data.
Write your own conclusions or leave your users to form their own.
